As part of the automatic management of notifications, there is an option to automate the sending of the Site Activity Forecast Report, the PDF report and Excel export at certain frequencies, Daily, Weekly or both. The user can configure the automatic export in their profile by clicking on their name on top right corner of any page and then use the notification section.
